This is not a Pennsylvania State Crash Report. If you were involved in a crash where a vehicle was towed or someone was injured and the police were not contacted,  go back and select the Driver's Accident page.

To file an online report, the incident must meet the following guidelines:

-This is not an emergency

-The incident occurred within Butler City limits

-There are no known suspects
